We cannot compel people to change but we can connect them to their values and inspire a commitment to change. As leaders we must lead by example, remain authentic, and create meaningful experiences for our teams.

This interactive workshop is designed to assist managers in leading change or teams in adapting to change, using practical change management strategies that works. The learning concept follows a three pronged approach: project, team and leader with ties to change models and conflict managements

In this presentation, you will learn:
 
  • Overview and understanding of change processes and models.
  • Assess resilience to change and understand the system thinking that drives behaviour.
  • Develop change management systems that will help people connect to their values and more readily accept and adapt to change.
  • Discover your authentic leadership through self-awareness and self-reflection.
  • Give suggestions for managing conflict and uncertainty.

About the presenter:
Magda Laljee Magda Laljee is a results oriented professional with over 15 years business management and leadership experience at both a strategic and operational level. She has a strong track record in developing and managing business improvement and change management. Her areas of expertise include: people management, mediation, coaching and negotiation. She has an innate ability to connect with all levels of employees to create engaged workplace environments.

Magda has professional qualifications in the fields of marketing, business management, and justice. She is currently a Masters Candidate in the Conflict Analysis and Management Program at the Royal Roads University and will be graduating in the fall of 2017.
